No Returns & No Refunds Policy

Because all of our products are made to order through print-on-demand production, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@marsfm.shop with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right by sending a replacement at no charge.

Wrong Address We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. Once an item is in production, it cannot be cancelled.
